Returns and refunds
All wet stock is guaranteed until 2 hours after your recipt of the item. If there are any issues, please contact us within 2 hours of recipt, providing 3 photos of the item still sealed in its bag, and clearly showing that the bag has not been opened or tampered with, as we cannot guarentee the conditions that the items are kept in after delivery. If these conditions are not met, we may not be able to assist, but dont hesitate to contact us for guidance.
All dry goods can be returned only when there is an actual issue with the product, which must be brought to our attention, with photographic evidence no later than the end of the next buisiness day after delivery.
